An HVAC project to reduce or eliminate cross-contamination between the lower level transit offices and bus storage bay with the upper level administrative offices. Provide new fan coil and condensing unit to serve the lower level offices and connections to the existing air handling unit are being removed. To further avoid cross contamination through infiltration, the lower level VAV boxes served by the existing air handling unit are being used to positively pressurize vertical circulation elements and mechanical/electrical rooms.
