The Town of Winter Park (“Town”) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of the Hideaway Park Playground Improvements Project. The Town has completed design of a custom, iconic play structure, along with new playground surfacing, fencing, and landscaping. This solicitation is for the construction phase of the project, which includes demolition of the existing playground, installation of the new playground elements, site improvements, and project coordination with the Town and its design consultants.
