PROS-2025-07 - Wildfire Vegetative Fuels Reduction Vendor

The Town of Superior, Colorado (Town) is seeking Proposals from qualified vendors (Vendors) interested in providing wildfire vegetative fuel reduction services funded through the Town’s FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). This RFP is designed to gather information concerning the ability of Vendors to meet the needs of the Town of Superior.
The purpose of this solicitation is wildfire vegetative fuel reduction mitigation on specific Town properties identified in Superior’s FEMA HMGP during the grant period of performance 2025 through June 2026. The Vendor chosen will be responsible for the following Services required: mowing, brush removal, limbing of trees, tree removal, chipping, weed mitigation (herbicide application and mechanical pulling) soil preparation and re-seeding with native seed. The identified properties and acreage are outlined in the Scope of Work section of this RFP. The Town shall have the option to renew the agreement for up to 2 additional 1-year terms.
