Description

The Town of Severance, Colorado (“Town”), is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the construction of the traffic signals and intersection improvements at East Harmony Road and Weld County Road 19.

Construction will begin in June 2025 with improvements along the south side of East Harmony Road and Weld County Road 19, including adjusting left turn and acceleration/deceleration lanes along East Harmony Road, adding multiple turn lanes along WCR 19, as well as traffic signal installation at the intersection. The project is partially funded with State and Federal grant funds. Attachment A provides the location of the project.
