G-25-CP - CM/GC Services for Severance Community Park – Phase 5

The Town of Severance is planning for further development of Severance Community Park, a new park located approximately one mile south of downtown. This new phase of the park’s development is envisioned as a space to host community events and support the vibrant culture of Severance. The concept and 30% design for the park have been reviewed and approved by the Town, and the design is being progressed toward final design. A significant portion of the existing park, including existing sporting fields and an existing playground, shall remain open to the public during the spring and summer sports seasons, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Town. At no time shall access to the existing fields or paved parking lots be hindered or obstructed. The 6.5 acre site is planned to include the following features/amenities:
• 2 shade structures, one with plumbed restroom facilities
• 2 HMA parking lots
• 4 Pickleball courts
• UC Health fitness court
• Playground
• 2 Soccer fields
• Outdoor game/activity courts/areas
• Landscape improvements
• Streetscape improvements
• Site utilities including electrical service, water service, sanitary service, lighting, stormwater, and an extension
of the existing irrigation system
• Maintain irrigation to all existing landscape areas that are to remain
