RFQ- 2021.01 - Multi Modal Planning Project

The Town of Pagosa Springs is seeking to qualify firms or individuals to develop an “East End Multi-Modal Master Plan” that includes labor, preliminary engineering, surveying, and a final plan. This is an extensive planning project for developing a comprehensive master plan for multi modal improvements between 1st Street and SH 84 in the Town of Pagosa Springs. The project will identify improvements for pedestrians, bicycles, vehicular traffic and public transit stops and will provide preliminary engineering for those improvements as far as the budget allows. The project will include conducting numerous public meetings, Town Board meetings and intergovernmental meetings. The end result will be a detailed master vision document the scope of which being developed during the planning process.
Required Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 9am.
Proposal submittals are due by June 25, 2021 at 5pm.
