The Town of Milliken is requesting bids for the Town Hall Parking Lot Improvements project. The work consists of the construction of a new parking lot and site amenities, located at 1101 Board Street, Milliken, Colorado. The project includes demolition of the existing parking lot and new construction of storm sewer and inlets, fire hydrant installation, relocation of dry utilities, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt paving, street improvements to Franklin Avenue and Broad Street which includes work with CDOT right of way, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, site amenities, erosion control and other miscellaneous work.
