Summary of Specifications:
This project is called the East Side Water and Sewer Project and consists of the construction of public infrastructure along County Road 46 and County Road 25 in the southeast portion of Milliken Colorado. Public improvements generally include, but are not limited to, demolition, grading, dry utility installation (phone and fiber optic), sanitary sewer main and services, water main and services, asphalt patching, gravel roadway reconstruction, and pipe borings.
