The Town of Mead, Colorado, is inviting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations to contract with the Town to provide Human Resources services to the Town. A hybrid model is used to staff the Human Resources department which includes employees to fill the transactional day-to-day role and a contractor to provide expertise and training and perform higher level functions. The contractor will work closely with the Town’s two HR/Finance Clerks, the Administrative Services Director and the Town Manager.
