Purpose: The purpose of this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced retirement planning brokers or consulting groups to:

Assess the current retirement plan for the Town of Lyons,
Make recommendations to existing retirement plans or establish new plan,
Administer retirement plan and educate employees.

In addition to the above, the retirement broker/firm should have experience in implementing and managing changes to the retirement plans and processes.
This opportunity is expected to be contracted beginning in June 2022.
