  1. Purpose: The purpose of this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced benefit brokers or consulting groups to:
  1. Assess the current benefits for the Town of Lyons,
  2. Make recommendations for changes to existing benefits,
  3. Provide insurance quotes, (medical,  dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, AFLAC)
  4. Elect insurance benefit on behalf of the Town,
  5. Educate employees,
  6. Administer benefits.
In addition to the above, the broker/firm should have experience in implementing and managing changes to insurance plans, including providing multiple coverage options and benefit processes.
This opportunity is expected to be contracted beginning in June 2022.
