Replace uo to 6) 5"x8' rails on the existing handrail in various areas around the building.
Replace up to 5) 9" half log handrails in various areas around th building.
Remove all handrail and post sections directly attached to the handicap ramp and replace with treated 6x6 posts with standoffs, composite 2x4 rails, composite top cap (handrails), composite balusters, and composite skirt board. (color of composite to best match the new stain color.
Rebuild up to 40 linear ft. of complete handrail sections near the back of the building where the existing back deck is to be removed.
Remove the extisting siding on the room attached to the back of the building main structure and replace with new 1"x8" tounge and groove siding, new window trim, door trim, and corner trim.
Remove or demo all handrail sections, log posts, and log skirt boards from the handicap ramp at the front of the building to prep for new railing.
Remove the existing lattice below the decks on the building and replace with new vinyl privacy lattice and trim out the seems with 1"x4" composite material.
Install 2 copper flashing covers on the log tails (rafter tails) on the front of the building.
Refasten any loose deck boards around the building.
Install 6x6 post caps to all treated 6x6 posts on the handicap ramp railing.
Lift rental needed for log beam replacement.
Moving the deck steps on the back of the deck area (where the back deck is to be removed) or relocation of the existing staircase will be priced when a determination of location/if the existing staircase is in stable condition is in order or at the time of deck reconstruction.
