necessary to provide adequate accessibility to services for all our residents. We are addressing missing
and non-ADA compliant sidewalks to provide our vulnerable population access to services and resources
such as main street shopping, post office, churches, medical clinic, and a park.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Sealed Bids will be received at the Keenesburg Town Hall, 91 West Broadway Avenue, Keenesburg, CO
80643 until 3:00 pm, Thursday, February 1, 2024, for ADA Sidewalk and Ramps. Bids received after the
deadline will automatically be disqualified.
Submittal Deadline: Bids will be notated with the date and time they are received. Bids received,
in hand or via email, after the submission deadline will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of
the Contractor to ensure their bid is received by the submittal deadline, email submission is
preferred. The Town is not responsible for any delay in receipt of bids that are out of their control.
Email submissions will receive a confirmation of receipt, via email response.
