#20FMA22TEP - Project Scoping for Capacity Improvements for Rivers in Estes Park, CO

The Town of Estes Park (TOEP) seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services to fulfill work awarded through a FEMA grant and the Colorado Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Management (DHSEM). The funded activities are a scoping project that aims to reduce the risk of repetitive flood damage to buildings insured by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
Scoping is for a potential construction project to improve channel capacity along two rivers (Fall River and Big Thompson River) in the iconic downtown corridor of Estes Park. The scoping project includes consideration of bridge replacement at two Big Thompson River crossings (Riverside Drive and Rockwell Street).
