The project consists of supplying all the labor, equipment, tools, and materials for the
structural and cosmetic repairs of aging pedestrian bridges throughout the Town of Estes Park.
Pedestrian bridges throughout Estes Park were surveyed in 2022 with repairs identified on
railings, decks, sub-structures, superstructures, and other special concerns. The Town has
prioritized deck improvements for six (6) bridges that require decking replacement. Although the
Town intends to address other bridge repairs at a later date, the scope for this project includes
first and foremost the decking for the six bridges.
