07162025 - Design Services - Estes Park Police Department Building

The Town of Estes Park (TOEP/Town) seeks proposals from qualified consultants and/or teams with specific expertise in designing Police departments or public safety buildings, including architecture, civil engineering, surveying, structural engineering,  geotechnical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, transportation/ traffic engineering, and building construction. Also included in this request are landscape design and architectural features, interior design, furniture/fixtures/equipment, and interior/exterior wayfinding signage. This project will also include aspects of community engagement in which the Town will ask the consultant to help in collecting data and feedback to incorporate into the design.
