20210630 - Ritoro Operations Building and Wells

INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Elizabeth will receive sealed Bids for the Ritoro Operations Building and Wells A-2 & D-2 Project at Elizabeth Town Hall, 151 S. Banner Street, Elizabeth, Colorado until 2:00 P.M. 07/29/2021. At such time, Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. A description of the Work to be performed is – construction of a single story operations building (62 ft x 32 ft) and the equipping of an Arapahoe Well (200 hp) and Denver Well (100 hp). Bid Packages are available beginning 7/01/2021 online through BidNet Direct (E-Bid) at no fee, or by contacting the Engineer. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids will be received on a lump sum price basis. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the project site at the intersection of Highpoint Trail and Snowberry Ave in Elizabeth, Colorado at 10:00 A.M. on 7/13/2021. Bids will only be accepted by those bidders that have been recorded as having attended the pre bid conference.
