The Town of Elizabeth (hereinafter called the "OWNER") will receive sealed Proposals for the Design
Completion, Fabrication, and Installation of Historic Main Street Archway Sign (the "Project") at
Elizabeth Town Hall, 151 S. Banner Street, Elizabeth, Colorado until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on
October 28th, 2024. At such time, Proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Summary: The Town of Elizabeth is accepting Proposals from qualified firms to provide
services including the completion of design (based on existing 60% design drawings), fabrication
and installation of one (1) archway sign to be placed over Main Street at its intersection with Kiowa
Avenue/Colorado Highway 86. The project will take place entirely within the Town's right-of-way and
will be coordinated with the ongoing Main Street Streetscape project.

6. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL
6.1 Submit Proposals electronically through BidNet Direct by 2PM Mountain Time on October 28th,
2024
6.2 Proposals must include all documents and information required in the Proposal Requirements
section of this RFP.
6.3 Proposals must be signed by an authorized representative of the Proposer with the legal
capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement.
6.4 Only Proposals properly received will be accepted. Any Proposal received after the time and
date specified shall not be considered.
