The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to provide unarmed private event security and assistance in implementing an event security and safety plan to include parking, bag searches, alcohol perimeter, stage security, limiting access for certain areas, assist with crowd control, and provide general site security for special events and special programs for The Town of Castle Rock.
The Town of Castle Rock produces up to 20 signature events that greatly contribute to the brand and identity of the town and help to celebrate the small town community feel of Castle Rock. These events are highly successful, draw an average of 2,500+ attendees, are all held outdoors, and typically go on “rain or shine.” This RFP provides vendors with the description of services needed for events produced by the Town of Castle Rock’s Special Events and Special Programs team.
