Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Department hereinafter referred to as the Town, respectfully requests information from responsible, highly-qualified contractors for the provision of Audio, Visual, Light and Stage Production Services. Individual projects/services will be discussed, negotiated, and issued as required through the 2023/2024 calendar year.
The goal of the Town, through this RFP, is to secure an individual/firm to fulfill the production needs of special events. The agreement(s) with the individuals/firms, as a result of this RFP, shall be considered Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Blanket Purchase Agreement authorizes but does not obligate, the Town to utilize any minimum or maximum, dollar amount or quantity of services from any specific individual or firm.
The initial agreement, issued as a result of this RFP, will be for a period of approximately one (1) year, beginning approximately October 2023, to and including December 31, 2024. Please see Period of Award and Extensions as listed on Page 3 for additional information.
