The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors, with fire station construction experience, to perform owner’s representative services for a planned fire station in the Cobblestone Ranch subdivision. The selected vendor will be responsible for assisting the department in working with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, direct hire vendors and other trades management in the procurement process as well as oversight for the design, construction and operational readiness of the new station.
