Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of the RFP is to retain the services of an experienced and visionary consulting firm capable of leading a public process, developing a sub area plan that addresses development patterns, aesthetics, and gateway designs for the corridor. The Town is seeking a consultant team capable of capturing community vision through a creative public input process designed to engage a large number of residents, user groups and the business community. An Addendum will be forthcoming on September 19th addressing questions received on this RFP.
