The Town of Castle Rock (Town) – Castle Rock Water, Stormwater Division – is seeking a Consultant
Team to provide engineering design and permitting services for the East Plum Creek (EPC) Reach 5
Phase I Stabilization Project. This project generally includes channel improvements along EPC, from
approximately 500’ downstream of Meadows Parkway to the Town boundary, approximately 2,400’
upstream of Meadows Parkway (approximate Master Plan stationing: 167+00 to 200+00) (see
Attachment 1 for Site Map).
