RFP-AA-2013-14 - Design Services for the Philip S. Miller Park Trail Design

Summary of Specifications:
As part of the Philip S. Miller Park development, a 5-mile native-surface outer loop trail, with interior trail connections to several viewpoints, will be designed and built to fit into the natural landscape following the overall park’s Master Plan. Additionally, as part of the Kinetic Canyon theme portion of the park, an endurance staircase will be built to challenge users to reach a ridge top along the eastern boundary of the park through a series step sections and then descend back to the bottom along a moderate native-surface trail. Castle Rock is seeking a consultant to provide design in the form of construction documents for both the trail system design features and the challenge staircase.
