Full replacement of two sets of double doors and luminaries including thresholds, weather-strip, and a removable mullion. Also including new hardware minis door closure. New hardware shall be SARGENT Rim Exit Device, 8810 F 589 32D Stainless Steel, 36 in Door Width, no substitutions.
All metal shall be galvanized steel. Contractor is required to come on site and take all proper measurements. Contractor is responsible for all demolition and disposal of old doors, windows and full and proper installation of the new openings.
