Description

The St. Vrain Valley School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to implement and provide an electronic Wellness Portal solution for its benefits department, as detailed in the RFP solicitation project scope.

The District will receive RFP responses electronically until the deadline date and time indicated. Proposals must be delivered through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website (www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado) where they will be digitally time stamped. This site offers both “free” and “paid” registration options that allow for full access to the documents and for electronic submission of proposals. (Note: “free” registration may take up to 24 hours to process. Please plan accordingly.) Proposals received after the closing deadline date and time will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the provider to ensure that proposals are uploaded prior to the deadline date and time. Late RFP’s will not be accepted.
