The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain responses from Companies who are experienced and qualified removing large Trees and Shrubbery under overhead power lines using a Forestry Mulching or equivalent process. It is the intent of the District to evaluate and select a company to provide all labor, materials, equipment and additional services under the Terms, Conditions and Specifications that best meet the specifications and requirements as specified herein.
