RFP-TW- 2024-059 - Fully-Insured HMO or EPO Plan Administrator

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide plan administration services for the District’s fully-insured medical and pharmacy plan for benefits-eligible employees of the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD) in Longmont, CO.

The initial contract period will tentatively commence on January 1, 2025.  It is the intent of the District to establish an initial 3-year contract under a Fully-Insured plan to include an additional two or three-year renewal option. This includes but is not limited to enrollment administration, claims adjudication, case management, disease management, provider network/ network access and utilization review services the District medical and pharmacy benefit plans.
