The SWCCOG is seeking a consulting firm or team to develop a phased business and financial plan for the implementation of a one-call/one-click system for southwest Colorado, and which could be scalable to address future needs in the region and allow for the eventual inclusion of the greater four corners region of northeast Arizona, northwest New Mexico, and southeast Utah. Elements of this system may include, but not limited to: Live and/or automated one-call services via telephone, one-click services via website, rider eligibility screening, trip scheduling and/or confirmation, trip reminders, centralized billing and/or payment receipt, and integration with mobile devices.
