Project: Hudson Gardens & Event Center is seeking to expand its network of dynamic, creative, and professional vendors who can deliver unique, engaging, and memorable experiences across a wide range of events. We are looking for more than standard event services—Hudson Gardens seeks novelty, innovation, and a true “wow” factor to elevate the overall guest experience.
Scope: Hudson Gardens intends to contract with high-quality, experienced vendors of all types. Areas of interest may include, but are not limited to:

Interactive experiences
Pop-up activations
Novelty product offerings
Unique food and beverage presentations
Mobile art or performance installations
Creative guest takeaways
Live entertainment with a twist

Please note: Hudson Gardens is not seeking band or musical group submissions at this time.
