Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Performance Management Analyst will work as an integral part of the Performance Management & Operations Team, including duties such as the following: Develop performance measures and data dashboards for statewide goals Guide agency strategic planning and cross-Cabinet Administration goals Drive customer-focused operational improvements by: Providing guidance to state agencies regarding measuring and improving the customer experience; Advance the use of Lean process improvement in state agencies, including as a tool to reduce regulatory burdens Engage with the top-thinkers in government, including development of the state’s Performance Management Academy, a 6-day executive training program focused on strategic planning, leadership, and culture Create innovative new methods for driving improved performance in government
