Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Key Personnel The successful Contractor staff will be those individuals designated and accepted by the Town as key personnel who are identified in Attachment “A” of this Proposal. Any change in personnel added or deleted shall require Town approval. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for informing the delegated Project Manager as soon as there is any proposed change in Key Personnel. b. Coordination Meetings and Administration of Contract The Successful Contractor shall appoint a representative who will interface and represent the Successful Contractor in all administrative matters concerning this Contract, including correction of problems, reducing costs, etc. c. Town Representatives The assigned Town Project Manager is the only person authorized to modify or make final decisions under this Contract. Any questions concerning price, time or contract terms shall be addressed with the Project Manager. The Successful Contractor is advised that dealing on contract matters with persons other than the Project Manager or appointed representative(s) may be considered a material breach and may be reasons for immediate termination of the Contract without additional notice. d. Coordination Requirements Primary coordination for all project activities will be through the Town’s Project Manager. Coordination may be required with Utility Companies where the proposed Scope of Work modifications will impact existing overhead or underground facilities. The successful Contractor may be required to coordinate with adjoining property owners where the proposed work will impact private property.
