Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.12.1.1.1. During the Start-Up Period, Contractor shall create a Start-Up Plan that contains, at a minimum, all of the following: 3.12.1.1.1.1. If applicable, a description of all steps, timelines and milestones necessary to fully transition the services described in the Contract from a prior State Review Panel Coordination contractor to Contractor. 3.12.1.1.1.2. A description of all steps, timelines, milestones and Deliverables necessary for Contractor to be fully able to perform all Work by July 1, 2019. 3.12.1.1.1.3. A listing of all personnel involved in the start-up and what aspect of the start-up they are responsible for. 3.12.1.1.1.4. The risks associated with the start-up and a plan to mitigate those risks. 3.12.1.1.1.5. Contractor shall deliver the Start-Up Plan to the State for review and approval. 3.12.1.1.1.5.1. DELIVERABLE: Start-Up Plan 3.12.1.1.1.5.2. DUE: Within 5 Business Days after the Effective Date
