1. A statewide public lands analysis of passive mobile data from personal cell phones and other “app” enabled devices for at least two years of data. a. Project metrics, including visitor origin, drivetime/ drive distance, trends over time (pattern by year/month/season/day/time of day), dwell time, demographics, etc developed in collaboration with a stakeholder advisory group. b. A high-level statewide analysis of public lands in Colorado that can be integrated into CODEX. c. An analysis specific to the geographic polygons around areas of interest, including geofencing out roads and other nonrecreation areas. 2. In-depth case study analyses of 60 or more sites across Colorado for two years of data. Sites will be determined by CPW and a stakeholder advisory group to represent a broad range of public recreation lands (parks, wildlife areas, lakes, reservoirs, rivers, trails, larger recreation areas, etc) and geographic regions across Colorado that include a mix of Federal, state, and available municipal lands.
