RTD requires media strategy, planning, and buying services as assigned to promote the agency’s brand awareness, informational initiatives, and outreach across our service district. Vendors are encouraged to apply if they have experience in the following areas: A. Complex strategic media consultation services, including but not limited to planning and buying of traditional and electronic advertising (print, TV, radio, Out of Home (OOH), programmatic advertising, paid social media, paid digital) for single, multiple, and overlapping programs with varying duration's and budgets B. Evaluation and selection of available media to reach target audiences C. Media and market segmentation to address campaign targets D. Media research, negotiation, placement, optimization, and monitoring E. Media trafficking and effectiveness measurements through integration of complex dashboards F. A wide range of traditional, nontraditional, and digital media technologies G. Trade agreements and sponsorship negotiation H.
