Lake County is seeking a consultant to act as a Project Director to support LCDHS to become a Medicaid-enrolled provider by Spring of 2025. In addition to providing valuable expertise and advice in business development and billing procedures, the contractor will support LCDHS leadership in evaluating financial impact to our programs, including needed administrative and billing support as well as revenue projections for our programs. Contractor must have expertise in the following areas: Medicaid enrollment with Colorado’s Health Care Policy and Finance department (“HCPF”) credentialing processes with Regional Accountable Entities (“RAE”); Auditing guidelines and compliance standards required by Medicaid and the Behavioral Health Administration; Billing procedures and requirements; Electronic Health Record selection and implementation; Experience working with counties seeking to become Medicaid providers; and Experience with program development, especially for programs focused on case management and high-fidelity wraparound programs.
