The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract with one organization experienced in providing Insurance Producer Examination and Licensing and Pharmacy Manager Registrations. The RFP includes two major functions: Administration of examinations for producer licenses • Test Development and Validity • Test Reservations • Defense of Examination • Operation of Testing Centers • Required Data Collection • Storage of Examination Results • Special Administration • Test Administration • Tests offered in English and Spanish; Administrations of the licensing functions • Continuing Education • Pre-licensing Education • Applications, Renewals, Continuations, and Cancellations • Appointment of and termination of Producers authorized to write bail bonds • Issuance of Credential Cards to producers authorized to write bail bonds • Call Center • Data Look Up and Archiving • Interfaces to External Databases • Interaction with the Division • Review and referral of Public Adjuster Bonds • Administering and Pharmacy Benefit Manager Registrations (“PBM”) • Administrative accounting and tracking of fees
