The Secure Document Delivery System (SDDS) serves as the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) backbone for encrypted, high-volume document exchange across the state’s criminal and civil justice ecosystems. Purpose-built by Logikco on a Microsoft technology stack and hosted within Colorado OIT’s infrastructure, SDDS processes thousands of critical documents daily—ranging from fingerprint submissions and RAP Back events to juvenile expungement packets and warrant files—while maintaining full compliance with CJIS, state, and federal security standards. Renewing the SDDS contract ensures uninterrupted, secure operations for over 4,000 stakeholder agencies, reinforcing Colorado’s public safety mission and future-ready justice infrastructure.
