There will be a mandatory walkthrough on site and representative from your name must have sign their name on the official sign-in sheet distributed at the walkthrough to be eligible to submit a proposal. This walkthrough will begin at City Hall in Council Chambers, 101 W. 8th Street, promptly at 10 am. Staff will provide a quick overview of the project and answer questions, then the meeting will move to the first basin site. Attendees will be asked to provide their firm’s name on the official sign-in sheet distributed at the walkthrough. This process is expected to be competitive with numerous vendors participating.
