Proposals are to be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the consultant’s name, address and telephone number, and email address. Each envelope shall be clearly identified as the “Wastewater Rate and Tap Fee Study Proposal”. Proposals shall be concise, well‐organized and demonstrate the consultant’s qualifications and experience relating to the Study and process. One (1) PDF copy shall be emailed to bill.shrum@townofeagle.org by the deadline. The proposal should not exceed a 15-page limit.
