Colorado Springs Utilities (“Utilities”) is soliciting Contractors to provide proposals for furnishing and installing equipment and accessories using quality and professional Vehicle Upfitting Services (“Work”) for Utilities’ Fleet Department.
Utilities is seeking a contractor to provide a large variety of Truck Equipment upfit’s. We are seeking a provider to: provide and install aftermarket "Truck Equipment," this can range from, but not limited to, basic pickup toolboxes, vehicle accessories, inverters, auxiliary and emergency lighting, liftgates, installation to custom utility bodies, flat bed, general fabrication needs and large tandem dump trucks.
For the purpose of this document, Utilities’ Project Manager will be referred to as “PM”.
All Work shall be performed by qualified, experienced, trained personnel using practices and methods recognized and accepted as standards in the industry.
Utilities reserves the right to award to one or more Contractors for this Work.
The term of this contract shall be for one year with four, one-year renewal options to be exercised as mutually agreed.
