The City of Aspen is seeking professional technical/planning services from a consultant or consultant team (referred to herein as Vendor) for the purpose of reviewing, refining and proposing updates to its existing Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) process. The project will include the testing and possible refinement of the traffic generation and mitigation model as well as the addition of parking impacts into the model.
