Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the BidNet Direct website, www.bidnetdirect.com.

Proposers shall submit multiple 4-part submission packages. If providing different models for different size vehicles and would like multiple vehicle models to be considered under this procurement.

Proposers may also submit single versions of Packages 1, 3 and 4 and multiple versions of Package 2 if the model proposed is similar across different size vehicles. For example, if the Proposer provides the same model for 29 and 40-foot vehicles, submit only one version of Packages 1, 3 and 4, and two versions of Package 2, delineating the price difference between the two vehicle lengths. Please note this occurrence in the Letter of Transmittal with Proposal documents.

Proposers are required to use the specified naming of the package file. The package file(s) must be named “Your Company Name 21-005 Package #__.”
