REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: FOR AN UPDATE TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR THE TOWN OF HUDSON
The Town of Hudson invites you to submit a proposal for the provision of professional services to update the Town’s Land Development Code. The selected proposal will be expected to provide various professional consulting services to assist the Town in achieving its goal of updating its existing LDC, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP. The overall intent of this solicitation is for a qualified Consultant to draft an updated LDC that is consistent with and furthers the implementation of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan and vision for the future of the Town of Hudson. The Town is currently undergoing a Comprehensive Plan Update that is tentatively scheduled for adoption in September 2023 and the Land Development Code Update is slated to begin as the Comp Plan Update process is being completed.
