NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Parker, Colorado is receiving Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from firms interested in providing Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services for the Town Hall Expansion and Renovation Project. A Needs Assessment Study has been conducted by Stantec of
Denver, CO, which recommends a new two‐level 32,000 SF expansion and select renovations to the existing Town Hall on an existing 3‐6 acre site.
