Following are the response requirements for this RFP. All specific response items represent the minimum information to be submitted. Deletions or incomplete responses in terms of content or aberrations in form may, at the Town's discretion, render the proposal non-responsive.
The Town of Severance will receive sealed bids for the Severance Rate Study until 4:00 pm (local time) on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Severance Town Hall, 3 S. Timber Ridge Parkway, Severance, CO 80550. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened.
Proposals shall be submitted on a flash drive in a single PDF file and four (4) hard copies. The proposal must be formatted to print on 8.5" x 11" pages. The proposal must be limited to 30 single-sided pages. Except as indicated in this RFP, all pages will be counted, excluding proposal covers, cover letter, dividers, etc. The outer envelope label must note the RFP number, name, and due date. Otherwise, the proposal may be considered non-responsive to the RFP.
On the cover page of the proposal, please include the title of the RFP for which the proposal is submitted and the email address of the person who should receive the results of the selection. Inclusion of promotional literature of a general nature will not be considered in the selection process.
Submittals will be unopened until the time and date noted in the RFP documents or Posted addenda.
To facilitate the evaluation, the proposer shall submit and organize all responses in the same order as listed in Section V. Proposals determined to be at a variance with this requirement may not be accepted. The Town only accepts proposals in hard copy format.
Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the proposer's responsibility to ensure that the proposal is delivered on or before the due date and time.
