All bid responses are to be submitted only through BidNet Direct's Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. Questions pertaining to the bid may be submitted directly to the purchasing agent at Shayne.Cumine@state.co.us. Responses to these questions will be posted as an addendum to the bid after the questions and answers deadline passes, as specified in the bid documents. Under no circumstance shall any proposer contact any CDOT or OIT employee regarding this solicitation other than Shayne Cumine - attempts to contact any other employees during this solicitation may lead to a vendor's bid submission being considered unresponsive.

NOTE: The Purchasing Agent handling this solicitation, Shayne Cumine, will be out of the office from July 2, 2021 - July 12, 2021, returning July 13, 2021. All questions will be logged during this time, with a confirmation of reciept being sent on July 13, 2021. Responses will be posted no later than July 20, 2021.
