F24-04-038 - Sunrise Historic Survey - SHF Grant

The comprehensive reconnaissance historic resource survey will provide basic information on 90% of properties in the survey area and identify properties that are potentially significant and worthy of further study.  The survey will also provide intensive level documentation of 10% of the properties in the survey area, likely identified in the reconnaissance survey portion of the project.  No properties will be surveyed at both levels.

The survey must be completed according to the requirements of History Colorado, including the State Survey Manual, and within the grant contract timeline.  The survey and deliverables, including all reports and survey forms and photos, will be completed and approved by City and State staff before the contract deadline.
