24110 - Student Housing Laundry Services

Fort Lewis College is seeking proposals from qualified firms that provide laundry equipment and service for the College’s various laundry areas on its Durango, Colorado campus. 
 
The College seeks to contract with one vendor that will provide quality and timely service, equipment and attention to the laundry equipment, including condition, repair frequency for individual units needing replacement, and other related services. The College will work with the selected vendor to establish practical business processes and procedures that will foster a strong working relationship and ensure a well-functioning laundry services program is in effect at all times.
