Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is soliciting interest for services, by licensed professional contractors for the Staffing Agreement Project. The Project consists of a search for Respondents to provide temporary staffing services for Agency Contract Personnel in the categories of “full service” and “placement”.
Qualification information is being requested from interested Respondents to enable Utilities to evaluate qualifications prior to the submittal of candidate profiles. Information regarding company experience, references, work history, safety record and project approach is requested.
Respondents that wish to submit qualifications on the Staffing Agreement Project are required to complete and submit this Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including instructions and forms.
Only those Respondents that wish to submit on the project need to submit their SOQ. Qualifications for subcontractors and suppliers, if requested, will be included with prime Respondent’s submittal and will be evaluated during the SOQ evaluation process.
